my tenent is not vacating even after the 11 month rent agreement is expired in 2013 and he is demanding 17 lac from us to vacate our friend told us who became mediator to solve the issue . to presurrize my parents he put 420 case on me which police cancel but pending in court at consideration stage help me plz
