The Issue Is Regarding Changing Birth Year In Passport.

My parents mentioned two different DOB at two places - To get school admission(back in 1997), they mentioned 11/12/1994 in the school admission documents. This DOB got propagated up in every document that I further applied for - 10th and 12th marksheets, College documents, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Employment documents(all documents made by producing 10th marksheets). To get a passport issued, they mentioned 11/12/1993 in the birth certificate and got the passport issued based on this DOB. (Passport was issued back in 2004 and then got renewed again in 2009. During this period I travelled to Singapore & Malaysia when I was a kid.) I want all my documents to be synced up - all having any of the DoBs. What to do. I tried to change Passport birth year from 1993 to 1994. I have applied for the same to the Passport office but they have rejected my appeal stating that I am forcefully changing my correct birth year to the wrong one.
