Dear Sir You may get anticipatory bail and then approach High court seeking quashing of FIR under section of 482 of CRPC . you may get issue a legal notice and also file case before consumer forum
1. try to settle the matter amicably with the doctor, 2. if not settled file a counter complaint against him for negligence during duty, 3. serve him a legal notice through lawyer regarding the matter and also send copy to the MCI
Apply for Anticipatory bail.

first of all get the bail from court then try to settle the matter
Tell the doctor to give 1.Daily Charge sheet summary and 2.Medical Treatment Report 3. Patience Treatment letter..... and one thing Doctor should soft and sweet and he should fully follow Medical Laws and if he violated...with all records and documents he can be booked under medical board for enquiry if matters are serious*Phone*and one thing yourself you should not tell about the issue to the same doctor it hurts a lot as well and I know due to Coivd issue many doctors working hard as well*Phone*try to consult criminal lawyer and try you tell ---him sorry or something if will calm down and try to withdraw case once case is registered if goes long to long say min 1 to 5 years......try to be patient COVID is serious in medicine profession now a days.
