If you belong to hinduisam the husband's house will be divided into two shares one for yourself other for your mother-in-law if the members existing are only yourself and your mother-in-law. from that share income you can maintain your children

you have to file partition suit then u file domestic coil case

    February 9, 2017
  • Initially you file a criminal Complaint against the mother in law under Domestic violence Act for protection of residence. Then you file a suit for partition of the property as the mother of a deceased Hindu is also a legal heir having a right for 1 share. In this case your mother in law will get one fourth of the shares of the property of her deceased son.
