Thanjavur

We invested in one trading company where they told money will be returend in double in 10 months. Scheme got stopped in 7 months and clients raised complaint against them to get their money refund. We got certain amount than what we invested. Now company has sent a legal notice to all to give them the excess amount we got. They have given us bond agreement where they told they will return our amount 200% while investing. How to proceed with this legal notice now.

If there is any agreement clause in support of their claim, then they can.. But don't worry let them get court order if they can.. You may or may not reply the notice however if any court case arises defend the same.. for further assistance plz book for consultation..
