I am doing hotel business in a partnership mode. My husband is already expired and I am 70 years old now. Whether my share of the hotel business can transfer to my son's name after my death. Again my daughter in law also working in a private bank and grand children are minors. Or else what can be done to retain my share of hotel business within our family after my death.

Dear Madam, It is not wise to transfer the name of a Government Servant better to choose any other family member.

you can make your son as a sleeping partner in the partnership firm, however, before joining the firm as a sleeping partner, ak him to obtain the prior consent of concerned authorities by submitting a legal representation.
