I am a female teacher belong to Bihar. I have been assigned duty at the quarantine center. I am presently living in another city where my husband lives. I can get e pass but I can not reach the center in the absence of a public vehicle and I have no one to assist me there. But the state has warned that legal actions will be taken under the disaster management act. kindly help.

aware the department along with district collector and other higher authorities regarding the problem through mail so they can't take any action against you

just inform by notice to the concern authority after that if they take any action against you, you can chalenge in to the court for justice
