You can approach the Local Police for registration of FIR. You also can claim the losses under Civil law. Both the options are open to you. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

    1. if the fraud is done, the police complaint should be lodged against the defaulting partner, 2. you can serve him a legal notice through a lawyer regarding furnishing of complete accounts and payment of the outstanding amount along with the interest, 3. if the needful is not done despite service of the legal notice, you can file a civil suit for the recovery of the amount, 4. deed, chat, call records, WhatsApp record, if relevant, can prove your case and are admissible as an evidence
