approach Hon'ble High Court under section 482 Cr.p.c for quashing of sentence on the ground of compromise but still the fate of the case 'll depend upon the nature of offence. Otherwise generally its not possible.

Compoundable offences can be compromised only. I don't think there are any compoundable offences whose punishment is of 5 years. This is a question related to Criminal Law, not Civil law.
