    File an Eviction Petition for Recovery of possession on the ground of Cease to Occupy. You will get it by Legal and proper way. Then file Compalints for the cheques under Negotiable Instruments Act and get the warrants issued. It will be settled making way for recovery.     Legally in order to recover your Shop. You will have to file a Eviction Suit in Civil Court ,for taking Possession of your Shop. Otherwise Later he will make Bogus Claim that he had kept Lakhs of Rupees Goods in shop which are either destoryed or looted by Owner.     sumit, 1. you can serve him a legal notice through a lawyer to make payment of the outstanding rent amount along with the interest in addition to provide the possession to you, 2. if payment is not made despite service of the legal notice, you can file a civil suit for the recovery of the amount in addition to eviction,
