Hi Raghu, you can serve summons to your wife by coordinating with person to serves summons from the Court, after that she should refuse or receive the summons, simple. if she is not available for the address you know, then go a head with paper publication by taking order from Court.

The Courts are not working properly. The working is strictly confined to the filing only. You can't anticipate anything as yet. Contact your lawyer he would be in a better position to guide you properly. However, if the party refuses to accept the service of Summons wilfully court may order for alternative service.
