My father died in 2016 without writing a will,my father married at 1972, and gave birth to 4 childrens, and by self earning he purchased 5 propertys in that 3 propertys he registered in his name ,and 1 property in son name that's me at the age of 8 years directly registered in my name from the seller, 1 property in his wife name at the age of 17 yrs that's my mom that also directly registered to her name from seller, i have 2 elder sister who got married and 1 elder brother and me we both are not married  partition Case filed by both the sisters after there marriage getting all seedhanas etc,my sisters filed civil case on jan 2017 under act 37/2 ,27(c)requesting share in propertys which is in my father name and the property in my name, they didn't claim the share in the property in my mother's name which purchased by my father by his own income in my mother's name, partition suite filed by my sisters asking 2/5 share in the propertys in my name and in my father name...Stating that the property share denied to them by myself ,my brother ,and mother, and saying we are cheating there share,my brother and my mother's are not in good terms with me and they are in good terms with my sisters, i don't know why my sisters included me along with my mother and brother in the case ,knowing all this they framed the case in me and my brother and mother, after the case filed its nearly one year now the case is at evidence stage, now they petitioned and shifted my brother and mother to there side,  i also requested in the statement earlier to the court to include my mothers property in the pool of partition bcoz my father purchased in her name by his own self earning and my lawyer said the property s purchase in son name and wife name comes under benami transaction, and also requested the court to set aside the property in my name from the pool of partition saying it is also as an benami transaction but where as benami act says wife and married daughter property purchased by husband or father has to be included in the pool partition as per benami law, and being son to the father the act says the property purchased to his son by father belongs to the son only and there should not be any claim allowed from the other legal heirs as per the benami law, this is the stand we placed on the court , Questions 1,is there benami acts mentioned in a way my lawyer placed on the court 2, once my lawyer said to me that I should pay court fees for my mother's property to include in partition suite, now if ask that question related court fees he is not answering properly 3,exact 1 year now my civil case is in the stage evidence ,so fast is that natural or they bribing for to finish the case fairly Pls answer my question thank you..
