Elder sister share is also there if no Will.
Dear Sir, You cannot have entire rights over the property after the death of your father. Your other siblings and titled a share in the property left by your father.
always self accqire property is having right on your dad individually after it devolves upon all family members if he was not registered to any body until death
As the property is a "Self-Acquired" property of your father, hence your father if before his death makes a WILL then the property will be disposed off according to that will. And if your father dies without making any WILL then you, your sister and your mother (if alive) shall be equal shareholder in the property as such.
