The will should be Free Will (With Sound Mind, Mentally Fit Certificate by Dr, Without any force/coercion) and it should be registered. You can easily contest it . please give me your valuable rating. please call me for further assistance.
You can contest the will but the grounds you have taken are not very strong. For contesting a will the main ground is that the will is not valid and is taken by force/without free consent. However, depending upon what relation you had with the Testator you can still contest the will.
