it is wrong to file case against your self it is simple denying the signature
s, that's one of a good defence.. yet if deceptive still case made out.. y did u signed there?
Not some, either that landlord or his heir/assignee/successor or consequential right holders.. can file case.. 3rd party cannot
it's a forgery case.. depends upon the papers and other facts you might have some defence.. in general it is right..
