Wrongful Eviction, Abuse And Loss Of Property

Am in Agra and the house I stayed in was sold on 17-6-20. On that date, L-Lord, his wife, Buyer, Property Dealer, and I agreed that I should have 1 month to vacate the house. But on 16-6-20 Buyer and his son started harassing me to vacate immediately. They even racially abused me. Finally, on 12-7-20 they prevented me from entering the house and threatened to file an FIR for trespass against me. I reported this matter to the Agra DM on 12-6-20 and was referred to the ADM City whom I met on 16-7-20. He forwarded the matter to ACM 1 for action. On 31-7-20 he referred me to ACM 3 who said he'd look into it. In the meantime, Buyer entered my house and ransacked it, searching through my private property and finally destroying it. The landlord has my balance which he has refused to refund even though he has never supplied water and power for 3 years. I paid for his electricity arrears due to my chronic illness. May I know my remedies in this situation please and a suitable Advocate in Agra.
