Cardiac Arrest In Office

My father was a senior manager in a company for the past 23 years. On 5th April 2018 he passed away due to a cardiac arrest in the office itself. Hospital reports say he was brought dead at 11 am and the post mortem report reveals that he died at around 10 am. No first aid or ambulance was provided by the company , moreover it took them so long to take him to the hospital . Can i file a case of negligence on the company seeking compensation for the damages.
