I was worked in company as a account ant 4 year and 11 month but when I was leave my job company not giving gratuity they said our company policy not giving gratuity it's 2 months completed but I was not get my gratuity

You are liable to get your gratuity if the company employs more than 10 person. Also 4 years and 11 months qualifies you as a gratuity beneficiary. Send them a strong legal notice through lawyer and if they don't comply file a case against them in labor court.
