I enrolled for a share market learning course and paid amount via EMI, Immediately after I paid, I realized that it's not worth and I asked them to cancel my enrollment and asked for a refund on the same day itself, but the vendor processed my payment and refused to refund as I signed their agreed and one of the condition is "Payment cannot be refunded", since I informed on the same day itself and the course didn't conduct at the time and till now I haven't taken their course can I file a lawsuit against them to collect my money?

1. you can send them a legal notice through counsel for the refund of the amount, 2. if they failed in making the payment despite service of the legal notice, you can file a case claiming your money and damages also
