For Registering A Firm

I have a Demat a/c and I am trading in Indian stocks. I want to make a firm so that I can pull money from my friends and relatives and also make some loans from Govt under the MSME scheme. Then I will pay to people from whom I pull money and also the interest of loans. And all this I want to do on my name or the firm which I want to register and I will be sole member of this firm. That's my idea. So now my question is, can I do this and if yes then what will be the process. can an individual register the firm like that be eligible for govt loan under any scheme?
