Legal Implications

I used to work in a company which was registered in India as ABC and in US as XYZ. And was working by the name of Principle XYZ. Now as I have signed this agreement with them barring me to work with their clients and hiring their candidates so I wanted to check for its liabilities and also may of their employees and clients want to work with me as I am in process of starting my own business.
