Destroying Constructed House In Front Of NH-8 Near To Our Home

We are having our land near NH-8. In this land, our home is situated to the last boundary right. In that, we kept a few feet space between the NH-8 and the land boundary. In that space, someone has constructed 2 rooms and a temple. And this construction in front of our house. Due to this, the front of our house is hidden. Now, we want to remove that constructed rooms and temple. We already asked them to leave the front, but they are not ready. We know that construction is not on our land, but that is in front of our land and house from the NH-8 or in between our land and NH-8 or distance is 10 feet to that construction from NH-8. What we should do in this situation.
