Sure.. Prefer to file Cheque 138 NI case but time limitation is crucial.. You have to send notice within 30 days from bounced date and give 15 days time for repayment and thereafter file case within 30 days to maintain a 138 case. if u already crossed all these dates.. u can file suit for recovery of Money.
