Annulment/ Divorce. I Am Confused

I am Senthilnathan from Tamil Nadu, I need clarification regarding Annulment/Divorce. My marriage happened on 2015 and my wife is not living with me for around 3 years (reason: I lost my job and started a business and it's struggling). We have no child till now. I asked many times to come and live with me but she refused. She's supported by her parents. My father passed away a year before my marriage, now my mother is living with me. I and my wife are both M.Phil. She worked as an Assist Professor in a college. But now she is working in her home town. She didn't support me financially too. She holds my properties (jewels) worth 4 Lakhs Rupees. I asked for this money for my business purposes but she refused to give it to me (though I promised her to give it back in the future). Finally, I decided to separate her. But I have a doubt regarding Annulment/Divorce which one applicable for my Case. My statement to my wife is To Live with Me or Let Me Live Alone. But she refused to do it either.
