Dear Sanchit if you are planning to file annulment of marriage based on non consummation of marriage then you should have strong evidence of wife's impotency. It's rare chance to get order of annulment of marriage on the same ground in absence of evidence/lack of proof. it is better to wait till next year and file divorce petition based on cruelty because refusal to have cohabitation is amount to mental cruelty. Till then if it is possible for you to take aid of marriage counseling this will definitely prove beneficial for your healthy marital relationship. You can handle your relationship by having mutual discussion with your wife. I suggest you give your wife some time to mend her behavior and understand you and your family requirements.

You can file a petition for annulment of marriage on the ground that marriage has not consummated. The court will not obligate you to consummate the marriage with your wife if she states that she is willing to do it.
