I am not getting divorce by filing a contested divorce along with maintenance and 498A.please suggest me any other case filling which makes me get rid of marriage and cancel my marriage. I am separated from my husband for 3 years and staying only for 1 month after marriage. Domestic violence and torture is the reason. I have filed a divorce in 2018, August, but it is not gone well. My husband is not in a mood to give me a divorce. There is no option of getting a divorce from him after filling maintenance. The result is the same. Please suggest me the way to cancel this marriage.
