Kissi bhi case ka koi fixed time nahi hota hai khatam hone ka...woh koi bhi nahi bol sakta ki kitna time lagega...par agar Divorce mutual hai toh 6 months ke ander ho jata hai...aur agar apko contest karna hai toh 1 saal toh maan kar hi chalna padega...WS means Written Statement which the other party has to file within some stimulated time and which contains the denial of allegations levied by the other party.
