my case is in evidence stage but whenever i fly on the date either the judge is absent or boycott in lucknow family court ..i fly from chennai i want serious advice and how much time more it will take for divorce after evidence stage it register in 2016?

Dear client in that situation you should get direction from Hon'ble High Court where Court may direct that within time frame you matter will decide on merits and as per judge or strike is concern no one can do anything for more clarity you may contact us then I will elaborate properly about your case.
