Dear sir, husband can file a case of domestic violence and a case of divorce differently. As proving gettinh tortured by a wife is bit difficult hence filing a case under DV act would be supportive for a divorce. And filing for a divorce under violence has no such requirement of separation. for detailed suggestion u can contact me.
Thank You so much mam, Nice to meet you ...
yes .. maintenance or alimony.. but if wife is well educated and earning good salary... or if she is in Adultery.. or if she left husband's home.. for No reason.. then No need to give any kind of maintenance or alimony. but if have children.. then husband needs to give child's maintenance..
And maintenance also need to provide by husband to wife after divorce !
1 year judicial separation is not necessary.. if married more than 1 year..
sir / mam .. husband can file divorce.. but Not Domastic violence act.. if is showing cruelty/ violence towards husband and his family.. then husband can file divorce on the ground of cruelty.. mental harrassment..
