Divorce

My brother married a girl, but the girl has eye blind disease which was not told to us prior to marriage and eye doctor told us that that eye disease can come to kids also. So we want to go for the divorce. As they cheated us, we want to punish them legally apart from divorce. Now they don't want to give divorce.
