you cannot take divorce before 1 year of your marriage... till then, try to resolve the things mutually... if then also she won't be agree to resolve the matter then you both can file mutual divorce in the court....

Dear Sir, It is valid marriage even if marriage is not duly registered. Getting divorce at this early stage is very difficult unless there are some grounds like medical issues etc.

You can prefer divorce by mutual consent.Joint petition for divorce is filed by mutual consent but the condition is that husband and wife have been living separately for a period of one year or more.
