Divorce

I want a divorce from my wife as she mentally pressurizes me each day and only demands money. I have developed liking for another woman and want to marry her. My wife has made me jobless, threatens me each day for complaining at women cell if I don't meet her demand, and has also filed an FIR saying that I mentally and physically have harassed her along with my family and of dowry and section 428a. We are married for 12 years with two children. Our relationship has just become so bad that living with her is impossible. How can I get the help I am also jobless with no source of income however in spite of not having a job I gave paid her almost a lakh each month from my savings. Now as the saving has exhausted I am not being able to fulfill her demand. She now wants a flat, lump-sum money and maintenance amount each month. I have no job and money to fulfill her demand
