The working of the Family Courts is so designed to proceed on a very specific lines and no part of the process can be bye passed. You file the the Divorce Petition under the grounds specified under the provisions of Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act and have to pass through the channels for your attainment. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
