Dear Mr. Selva, If uour wife says that she is ready for mutual divorce, on the next date of hearing you can ask her to appear before the Court and give the statement. The Court can record the statement of your wife and thereafter as per the terms agreed upon, mutual divorce may b granted. Till then you are advisable not to withdraw your case till she appears before the court and gives the statement. Also, you may act as per the order passed by the Court and do not take any step of filling another petition in a hurry. Regards
