Supposing you to be having governed under Hindu Law it is not possible to file a Divorce Petition before expiry of one year from the date of Marriage. You, however can go for divorce on the grounds of Cruelty and will be liable to pay alimony on Interim basis in Divorce Petition unless she ask for by separate petition for Maintenance. Half of salery is an imagination. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
