In 2000 my mother had an affair and my father cane to know about so they applied for divorce...but v r 3 daughters as we dont have anyone to take care of us we n my mother parents got my da married to another lady before divorce..after 4-5 years my dad gave some money to my mother to keep shop n all.....now my dad is retired last june he is an railway employee but now she bought a court hold some of the amount n my dad is not his pension also...n thecase is postponing....kindly guide me....n tell me how much time it will take to transferr to lok adalat
