Ms. Debaleena First, Consult your mother whether she wants to seek divorce from your father. If she wants to go litigation then she has legal right to file complaint under domestic violence act provisions and seek compensation, maintenance from your father. In addition to this petition for divorce can also be filed. Your mother has equal right to reside at your father property. If your father is continuously turtorturing your mother then she can seek residence and protection order in order to protect herself. As far as Advocate fees is concerned the same can depend on experience or status. For seeking further details kindly contact me.
