DIVORCE HELP- NEED ADVICE WHETHER TO FILE FOR MUTUAL CONSENT OR NON-MUTUAL

I have to get divorced as soon as possible. It's been more than 26 years since we've been married and we have 2 adult kids together. So issues of child custody won't be there. Almost all of our married years we were living apart as our jobs were in different states. We never grew close emotionally. Now that he is retired and we started living together we are having issues, emotionally, physically. There were some instances of physical abuse during our marriage too. Now on top of this, because of him, I can lose everything I've worked in my life for. I need a divorce from him so I can secure myself and my property. we're still living in the same house but not in the same rooms. He will agree with divorce. Please guide us, what kind of divorce we should file whether mutual or non-mutual. On the topic of property distribution, everything is on my name as I got loans on my names and I'm the only one who paid them, I didn't take a single rupee from him for that.
