I want to know about divorce on the grounds of the impotency of husband. My girlfriend was married on 15.12.2018. Then she filed a divorce on the grounds of impotency of her husband on 30.05.2019. I want to know how much time will take tentatively to complete this type of case. As, her husband conceals the matter from her before marriage, hope she will get justice at the earliest. And how she will get justice in a proper way. And if he submits false doctor certificate then will court give judgment in favour of him.
