45 years before the wife left and now during retirement, she put a case for compensation, both of us agreed to settle for 5 lakhs, 5 years ago in Principal Judge, Family Court. She took 3.5lakhs and now she is not coming to take the remaining amount and not giving the divorce as well. Can you please suggest what to do.
