After taking divorce on notary with my wife in december 2016 i am remarried on june 2017 but after my second marriage my ex-wife files case regarding 125, domestic violence and fraud divorce against me in family as well as metropolitan court... out of which 2 case are presently admitted in high court for 482 quashing... i have 2 child from 1st marriage 5yr son & 3 yr daughter.. we r belongs to sheduled tribe community... i am in govt job with salary approx 30000 ... it is clearly mention in notary that ... we are taking divorce by mutual consent n there is no need for any maintainence amout for her n childrens.... !! kindly guide what is the result in this all... thank you.

the dissolution of marriage is done only in the court of law where divorce is granted to the married couple where you have taken divorce before the notary which is not valid

taking divorce before notary public is not valid in eye of Law.
