Man is a Christian and got married in 2000 to a Christian girl in the church as per Christianity Law and has a daughter who was born in 2002. Later he got married to a Hindu girl in 2003 without divorcing his first wife. He lived for 15yrs with his second wife and has a son who was born in 2006. Now his second wife wants to leave him for few circumstances as both don't have a good understanding. How to proceed with this case, should he apply for a mutual divorce with his second wife?

second marriage is illegal so no need to go for divorce.

The material question is that the second marriage was never got registered anywhere. At the most it can be regarded as Live in relationship which means nothing but a personal arrangement.
