I got married on 17th Jan'20. My spouse with whom my divorce is in the process has written wrong information in mutual consent paper saying that I went back to my parent's house on 24th Jan'20 which is false and wrong. I went back to my parent's house on 12th March'20 after I faced domestic issues there. They are not ready to change the correct date in their paper. Please help what can I do to get it changed to a genuine date.

You put the date which is correct according to you and when the mediator or the court frames issues for the decision of the matter it will be an issue to be decided by the mediator or the court and at that time you will be given an opportunity to prove that you are right and the opposite party is wrong.

Find someone who can act as mediator for getting the matter solved outside the court.. Because there is every chance that the other party will put you in trouble and try to fleece money from you.
