Asked in Divorce
Dear Sir, One lawyer is sufficient to represent both of you and you both can share his fees. Please mark “LIKE” if satisfied by my answer.
Dear client, In mutual divorce you both can engage one Lawyer but if she contest the case the both have to bear separate Lawyer and no need to pay her Lawyer charges.
You can engage one single lawyer in case both of you opt for filing divorce with mutual consent. One lawyer can represent both the parties. But in case it is contested then one each will be required to represent both separately. In the event of contested case if the lady files an application for interim Maintenance and litigation charges to then you have to bear the cost and not otherwise. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
