Gift once given and accepted and taken by the beneficiary cannot be reverted back. Your mother can continue to retain the ownership rights, provided some local legislation comes in the way. The gift property is now the exclusive ownership of your mother. Your father may take objection in the court challenging the sale but may not succeed. Even otherwise it is going to be a very lengthy and long drawn battle. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and contact me telephonically for further discussion and explanation if required.
