I have been married for 2 years but still, we haven't registered & got a marriage certificate. We have only marriage proof which we got through the Muslim committee who all stood as proof during our marriage. I have a kid 1 year old. Now I want divorce from my wife due to various reasons. What is the procedure? Since our marriage is not registered through the registered office, is going through court for a legal divorce is necessary or only through shariath court or Muslim committee members, I can get separated from my wife. If so, what is my right with the kid, who will be eligible to keep him and if I need pay the maintenance amount how much it would cost for me? Please someone explains in detail
