If the husband and wife was joint owner of flat and than the husband had transferred his flat shares to his wife internally in society. And than as per divorce decree he agrees that he has no right on this flat. But how can a wife get this flat registered on her name now with the help of this divorce decree and without taking help of her ex husband? Please suggest.

Dear Madam, Without the help of ex-husband it cannot be executed but if execution petition is filed then a notice will be sent to husband and if he did not turned up then through Court official you can get it register.

wife become owner of entire flat by virtue of Divorce Decree . She can apply for registration as her husband already relinquish his right in favour of wife.
