My friend got married in June. He came to know his wife had an affair with another person before marriage. He has proof of photos and hotels visited by her with her lover. But after marriage only call logs of talking to that person. The person with whom she had affair is already married now and has a kid as well. Now she says she won't get back to her ex and live the married life but accepts her past affair with that person. But my friend is not interested in completely. Is it possible for a valid divorce here? Will it be without alimony. Any shortcuts for a faster divorce here.

the only way to get rid of is divorce by mutual consent .....sombody has to council his wife

A Divorce Petition cannot be filed before the expiry of one year Unless there is some exceptional hardship in the Case. Divorce Can be granted by the court only it is proved to be a Case of adultery alongwith the other grounds available under the law.
