it depends upon the state situation if courts are working then you can file the same
Things differs in different courts, contact a local lawyer.. For further assistance plz book for consultation and Ill give complete personalised suggestions. Regards
If both parties hire a same Advocate then presence of party is not necessary. Your Advocate can file Divorce papers on your behalf and entire Divorce Proceeding can be done through Video Conferencing. As per the New Guidelines of Karnataka High Court during COVID19 Pandemic.
There is no such provision and/or process yet..But it is for your Lawyer who can manage to file the Divorce Petition without your presence. Contact your local lawyer for the purpose to get the first hand information. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume.
Download the Vkeel app, which makes things easier as you can keep everything handy in your phone. You can book consultation with selected Lawyer.
