Given Talaq E Rajai

I have given talaq e rajai to my wife in march 2026. Iddah period has also completed. I have sent Meher ka rakam 7786 which was fixed during nikah.....now after getting talaqnama and that amounts she doesn't want to accept it....and gives constantly threat to me.....i just wants to know is this talaq is valid ? as ucc not passes yet
